Eligibility of MSMEs for Udyam Registration

Microenterprise: An enterprise with an investment of 1 crore and an annual turnover of 5 crore rupees.

Small enterprise: An enterprise with an investment of 10 crores and an annual turnover 50 crore rupees.

Medium enterprise: An enterprise with an investment of 50 crores and an annual turnover of 250 crore rupees.

How to Update Udyam Certificate Online

Individuals/firms who have already registered for Udyam Certificate and need to update any kind of information, should perform the following:

1. Visit our registration portal


2. Select ‘Udyam Certificate Update’ option


3. Make the required changes*


4. Once the changes are done, click on ‘Update Details’


5. Next, you will need to make an online payment for the certificate.


6. Once the payment is processed, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number (which you had previously used to apply for the certificate)


7. One of our executives will process your application**


8. The updated Udyam Certificate will be sent to your previously registered e-mail-id.

NOTE:
*Make any changes except your Name, State and District.
Avoid changing the PAN number too as it can be changed only for special cases.

**On receiving your OTP you will be required to share it with our executives first for any further processing.
